It's an awesome job,Celestia is one of my favorite princess.The most.For improvement,I think you should make the cutie mark much better after all.It looks too simple after all.The background is amazing.I love the glowing around her!Colors may be too bright,but it's okay!The eyes are cool!I really like her colors and wings!I think the hair would be like,a flame,but a little brighter color.

It's still a great job if you could may her coat a little like..burned.or toasted.Anyway,the way her flowing mane goes around the crystal thing was awesome,it looked like she broke because she was in rage.Maybe of Luna.The tail would be realistic if you made just like her mane,or else it looks like she was just landing after a long trip.The shoes are super bright and that hurt my eyes a bit.I feel completely sorry if I had hurt some of your feelings.Oh yeah,the diamond in the crown could be burning for more awesomeness!

I will be grate full to write more critiques on your art,mister.

The background is wonderful, it adds to the overall pissed off theme, but the princess herself could use more work... In my opinion her hair should be more unruly, not like a bad hair day but like all over the place unpredictability. The hair shouldn't be this white-ish color either I think it should be more.....flame like so to say. The flaming colors of the sun...instead of a gleaming polished light yellow-ish color. IDK if it is just your style of drawing that made her head so damn tiny but it looks like a backwards bobble head to me, where instead of a big head with a tiny body it is a big body with a tiny head. The wings would look better if they were fully unfurled, adding to her supremacy. Her head should be tilted slightly upwards as if she was looking down upon filthy grime or some such.... Over all just make her colors a bit darker like red and orange.....IDK if your actually going to change it but in my opinion if you were going to change it in order to make it look better that is what you should do.......in my opinion that is........ALSO IF YOUR AIMING FOR THE PRINCESS CELESTIA EQUIVILANT OF NIGHTMARE MOON............sorry caps was on............

ps: it is a damn good drawing and if you don't want to change it.... don't......it is your work and you can do whatever the hell you want to with it! you could make it pink for all i care! but all of the above is simply MY opinion and simply mine not the collective opinion of all people in the universe so feel free to completely ignore it if you wish..............
